Shipping

We ship to all US states where hemp-derived products are legal. Orders are processed within one to two business days of placement. Standard shipping typically delivers within five to seven business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

We ship via USPS or a comparable carrier. A tracking number will be provided by email when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or address errors provided at checkout.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Include your order number and a description of the issue in your message.

Because our preparations are consumable products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs.
